Current support status

RootLinePress is not yet offering paid support, customer accounts, service-level commitments, or commercial update access.

This site currently provides product information, roadmap direction, documentation status, and commercial-readiness notes.

No paid support yet

Paid support channels, response commitments, refund policies, and customer terms have not been launched.

Use carefully

Site owners should test carefully, maintain backups, and review genealogy privacy decisions before publishing family data.

Before requesting help

  • Confirm the plugin version and WordPress version.
  • Verify that a current site and database backup exists.
  • Document the page, shortcode, tree, person, or admin screen involved.
  • Capture the exact error message or behavior.
  • Confirm whether the issue occurs with caching disabled.
  • Review whether the issue involves private genealogy data before sharing examples.

Future direction

Future commercial support may be offered separately from the free plugin. Support boundaries, update policy, refund policy, and customer communication channels will be defined before paid distribution begins.

Commercial update delivery, Pro feature access, license management, and formal support terms are not active yet.
